How much does it cost to get started?

What kind of hair does ME offer?

We offer Premium quality 100% human hair with the cuticle in tact, limited shedding or tangling. The hair can be dyed or permed. We offer Indian, Peruvian, Brazilian, Malaysian, Mongolian and Raw Organic Indian human hair and clip in extensions. All bundles are 3.5 to 4 ounces. We also have human hair wigs and high quality heat-resistant synthetic hair wigs.

What is the grade of the hair?

Mane Elementz does not define our hair by grade. The hair grading system is not regulated and cannot be trusted. Our hair is premium quality.

How much are the wholesale prices?

Mane Elementz offers premium hair extensions. Our hair is top quality and not for the mediocre buyer or someone looking for "cheap" hair. Our wholesale prices are competitive for such high quality hair. The wholesale prices start at just $30. The pricing is exclusive for members but here is a general breakdown of the pricing:

Do you offer logos, bundle wraps, etc?

Yes. As a Mane Boss you will receive access to top resources for these branding services.

Why aren't there a lot of reviews on Mane Elementz?

A winning team never shares their playbook. As with many businesses, our Business Owner's' information is proprietary and not open to the public. We are a wholesaler supplier and no one wants everyone to know where they get their hair supply from. So, you can rest assure that as a business owner, your secret is safe with us!

How does shipping work?

Mane Elementz offers 3-10 days shipping. We do not offer any express shipping.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, all packages have a tracking number.

Do you offer dropshipping?

Mane Elementz offers Direct Shipping which means we will ship to your customer for you. However, we encourage entrepreneurs to see the product you are selling to customers first before it is shipped.

Do I have to keep any inventory?

No, you do not have to keep any inventory in stock. However, we do encourage that you purchase a Mane Package to have hair available for hair parties and events so your clients can purchase from you directly. We also suggest that you be your companies advertisement and wear your product.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy for my business?

When you decide to start a business with Mane Elementz, there is no refund on any cancellations. You must cancel at least 10 days before your next monthly payment to avoid the automatic payment. There are no refunds on starter kits.

How does the 30-Day Assurance Guarantee program work?

There are NO returns on virgin hair products. However, we do offer a 30- Day Assurance Guarantee on human hair products which allows your customer to exchange their product if there is an egregious problem with their order within the first 30 days of purchase. This only applies to products that have been installed. Please contact us with concerns or questions prior to placing your order at support@maneelementz.com.

After the complaint has been filed, business owners have 5 business days to return the order, with receipt and pictures. You are to cover the shipping. Please allow 7-10 days for an investigation. Once an investigation has been done and it is determined that there is an issue with the hair (not related to heat damage, products used or anything alike), an exchange will be processed.
